Delete your RozCash account
You can ask us to delete your RozCash account and the data linked to it at any time. This page explains how, what we delete, and what we must keep.
How to request deletion
- Fill in the form below with the email address or mobile number you use to log in to RozCash.
- Tap Send deletion request. Your email app opens with the request ready. Send it to info.rozcash@gmail.com.
No email app? Send an email to that address yourself with the subject “RozCash account deletion request” and your login email or mobile number. - We may reply to confirm the account is yours before deleting it. We never ask for your password or OTP.
- We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it’s done.

What happens to your data
Deleted within 30 days
- Your account and profile: name, email, mobile number, user ID
- Reward points, coins, daily bonuses and streaks
- Game progress and activity history
- Referral and invite details
- Support messages linked to your account
Kept, and for how long
- Records of rewards paid out or redeemed (amount, date, payout reference), kept only as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, up to 8 years
- Records needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or to resolve a dispute, kept up to 180 days
- Backup copies are overwritten within 30 days
Kept records are stored securely, used only for the purposes above, and deleted when the retention period ends.
